Dr. Hanna suggests before you contact her for a consultation you begin her Getting Started Program. This program is to be used along with your existing diet, there is no need to drastically change your eating habits. This assimilates your body and minimizes the transition to eating raw foods. If you are suffering from cancer or other serious disease your diet will need to change instantly. For people suffering from disease it is best to contact me first to begin an aggressive plan.
