The Marinated Salad Book - CELL-PURE FOOD

Our second Cell-Pure Food is the Marinated Salads. These salads add an even wider variety of nutrients from fresh, raw vegetables to your existing diet. The Marinated Salad Book contains simple recipes for grated and chopped salads as well as fresh condiments, dressings, dips and pate. There are suggestions for fresh salads and fresh vegetable toppings to add to your salads. These foods, in addition to the Food Creams you are already taking daily, will easily provide the 15 to 20 varieties of vegetable nutrients you should include in your diet every day. Like Food Creams, Marinated Salads can be prepared in advance and stored in your refrigerator for up to one week or in your freezer for up to one month.

Green Ambrosia is a powder which is mixed with water and a little lemon juice (optional) to create a powerful nutritional beverage to supplement your Cell-Pure Foods. Green Ambrosia absorbs accumulated wastes in the blood stream and breaks the down into smaller molecules for easier elimination from the body This is important because, as cellular restoration is in progress, more waste is eliminated from the cells and the blood stream accumulates a higher concentration of these wastes. The quick and efficient removal of these wastes is particularly important during this time to avoid any temporary uncomfortable symptoms which could result from this concentration of waste materials. Green Ambrosia also provides special nutrients to specifically strengthen the cells of the liver, kidney, colon and skin to make the elimination process more efficient.
