NECK & BACK PAIN

Neck and back pain can be acute and/or chronic. It can be a result of a direct traumatic episode (i.e. falling down or lifting things that are very heavy), or a symptom of underlying conditions. Chronic neck and back pain can be a result of toxic build up within the body and the intestinal tract. When the intestines become overloaded with toxins, these toxins flow back through the blood stream and go to each organ and cell in the body.
The pain that is experienced is due to blood and nerve supply being diminished to these areas by the toxicity.
Neck pain can be sharp or dull in the neck, head and shoulder region. Headaches and tight neck and shoulder musculature can accompany the pain. Back pain can be in the mid and lower back regions or in the sacroiliac joints. Pain can be sharp or dull with tense and tight muscles around these areas.
NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES BASED ON SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
B Complex: these vitamins help with neuromuscular conduction, therefore can produce relaxation in the body and muscles.
Calcium/Magnesium both of these work to help relax muscles. In addition, calcium is essential for bone, joint, muscle and ligament health, while magnesium is necessary for calcium's proper incorporation into bone and muscle.
